Travis holds a master's degree in Library Science (Archives Management). With co-author Daniel J. Linke (Princeton), he wrote Lights, Camera, Archives!, which was published by the Society of American Archivists in 2020.Â
At SAA's 2019 Annual Conference he presented a personal narrative as part of their ongoing Finding Aid to My Soul storytelling series.
He has authored a handful of other articles which have appeared in regional academic publications and presented at numerous library and archives conferences.
